Every product at Intoxicating Designs is handcrafted to order in our Pittsburgh workshop. We take pride in our craftsmanship and typically ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.

All orders ship via UPS with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Requirements

Items must be unused and in original condition
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Custom and personalized items are final sale (unless damaged or defective)
Original packaging preferred but not required

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email support@intoxicatingdesigns.com or call 1-800-763-6866 with your order number and reason for return.

Get Authorization

We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely, write the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every item before it leaves our workshop, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately.

Contact us at support@intoxicatingdesigns.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost, and you won't need to return the damaged item.
